1. Informed Decision Making
Congratulations on deciding to welcome a Bernedoodle puppy into your life! Take some time to delve into the unique characteristics and needs of this wonderful breed. Consider the commitment of time, resources, and love required to bring a new puppy home. This decision is life-changing, and we want you to be well-prepared. 2. Availability Check
You can find available puppies on the "Available Puppies" tab. If there are no current litters listed, it means we don't have any available at the moment. We will sometimes take advanced deposits for expected litters.
3. Connect With Us
Before making a deposit, reach out to us! We'd love to have a conversation with you. This chat allows us to get to know you, your family, and your home dynamic better. It's a crucial step to ensure that our puppies find loving and prepared homes. We're happy to answer your questions and concerns, too.
**We reserve the right to respectfully decline placement or refund a deposit at any time, for any reason!
4. Deposits and Choices
Once you've connected with us, you can place a deposit via a PayPal invoice.
After placing a deposit, you’ll be sent a confirmation receipt from PayPal via email.
**We only allow 1 puppy from a litter per household.
5. Pricing Details
Regular Deposits vs. Premium Pick
-Premium Picks are "pick of the litter" puppies. We created this option for families who want first dibs on the litter.
1st, 2nd and 3rd pick allows you to choose your puppy before other folks have access to them. This allows selectivity if you're looking for specific markings/coat type/gender/etc.
-Premium pick deposits start right after puppies are born. You must choose your puppy at/before 4 weeks of age.
-After 4 weeks old, Premium Picks are chosen and Open Adoption begins for remaining puppies at regular price.
-Premium Pick deposits do not apply to total cost of puppy.
-Open Adoption deposits do apply to total cost of puppy.
Price Breakdown
Base price: $3500. Initial deposits are non-refundable.
6. Family Visit Day Coordination
After puppies are born and selections are made, we'll schedule Family Visit Day. This special day, held when the puppies are around 6 weeks old and have had their first vaccines, allows you to meet your chosen puppy in person. If you can't make it, virtual visits are available.
This day also marks a confirmation of your commitment, with 50% of remaining balance due at the conclusion of the visit. Cash is preferred, PayPal Venmo or Zelle are accepted.
Time slots are ruff-ly 1 hour.
7. Homecoming
Around 8 weeks old, your puppy will be ready to join your family! Having completed essential training (puppy culture/ENS/ESI), vaccinations, vet check & deworming, your new companion comes with a comprehensive care package, too.
-Care package includes food, mom-scented blankets, toys, a framed ink print of your puppy's paw, wood pellets to help with potty training, a health guarantee and buyer agreement.
-The final 50% of your balance is due upon pickup, cash only.
-Pickup is preferred. Personal delivery or "meet halfway" within reasonable distance can be arranged. Boarding is also available if you cannot come on pickup day. Modest fees apply for these services.
We don't use a third party transport service. We do not ship puppies at this time.
